Film at Our New Mexico Studio — A Qualified Production Facility in a Class A Environment

If you have a movie production or scripted TV series that we're interested in, and can jump on this while we have this offer, availability, and financing in place, now is a perfect storm of opportunity.

If you're interested in filming in one of the world's most technologically advanced studios, everything could be free for you. And under one scenario, it would not only be free, you'd be paid $167K to film here.

We also have a new technology that makes filming "real" locations on my stage not only cheaper than filming on location, but better, so you can film any script here.

Here's a summary of the deal. Our investors will receive 10% of the movie in return for their investment.

You'll get a free studio. Free elite cinema cameras and equipment, free virtual set construction, free location expenses, no transportation costs, free recording equipment, free lighting and grip, free audio, free gorgeous dressing rooms, free furniture and prop warehouse, free star talent motorhome, free parking, and just about everything else you'll need -- free.

The cost for 30 days on stage, with up to 30 original virtual sets/virtual locations, is $2,647,440. In case that sounds like a lot, for virtual production at this level, with our set-up, it's fair.

Our investors will pay the bulk of the above, and then sell their share of the New Mexico film rebate to you at a deep discount. Including the incentive buyout fee, you pay $687,440.

Except you don't pay $687,440. We have funding in place that will pay that amount for you. And since it's a film incentive rebate, it's not a loan -- you don't pay it back. So it's free.

And if you don't need to receive the rebate in advance, and would prefer to pay the $687,440, and can wait the estimated 6-12 months for the state to pay the incentive to you, you'll receive $854,232. In that case, the studio, equipment, sets, and locations, will not only be free, you'll be paid $166,792 to film here.

And for the qualified expenses you'll need to pay (cast, crew, post, food etc.), since the studio is a New Mexico Qualified Production Facility, you'll receive a 30% rebate from the state.

This deal makes too much sense for producers not to jump on, and they are, with productions big and small. We hope you can take advantage while it's available.
