Common questions

Can you rent a haunted house set for filming?

Yes. The Haunted Mansion virtual standing set at L.A. Castle Studios in Burbank and Albuquerque puts a gothic horror location on a controlled stage. Twisting hallways, antique furnishings, chandeliers, and candlelit shadows. Practical old mansions are fragile, dim, and difficult to light and permit; here the environment loads on stage in seconds with full control of your schedule.

Can the haunted mansion set be customized?

Yes. Because the mansion is a photoreal virtual environment rendered in real time, details like lighting, mood, and time of night can be adjusted to fit your production, and real props and furniture can dress the foreground for your actors. It works for horror features, supernatural series, music videos, and Halloween content alike.

Can we shoot the Haunted Mansion Set and other sets on the same day?

Yes. Sets swap between setups the same day, so the Haunted Mansion Set can share a shoot day with any other set in the library, with no company move.
