What a corporate virtual production booking includes
Corporate virtual production works like this: the location is a photoreal virtual set that appears around your presenter live, in camera, on our studio floor. You see the finished shot on the monitor while you film, and the location can change between segments. The boardroom, the lobby and the rooftop happen in one day, in one building, with one load-in, in Burbank or in Albuquerque. Unlike an event venue, the lighting grid, the teleprompters, the green rooms and the operator are already in the building.
The sets are drawn in real time by Unreal Engine, the video game engine behind every environment, using the CastleVision method we pioneered in Burbank in 2007, now protected by two U.S. patents. We are the studio, not an agency: bring your production company or in-house team, or add our crew. You keep your production, your client and your credit. The studio is multi-camera ready, and each camera gets its own render. First time hiring a virtual production company? That page covers what to check.

Types of corporate video produced here
The same pipeline that shoots film and television works for companies: the environment is rendered in real time and captured in camera, so the room becomes whatever the moment needs, and changes in seconds, live.
Internal communications: executive messages, town halls, onboarding and training
The CEO update, the quarterly all-hands, the onboarding and training series. Record the executive message in the conference room set, then batch a whole training library in the university classroom set and the cubicle office set, every video in a different setting, in one booking, without leaving the building.
Launches and external video: product demos, keynotes, investor updates and recruiting
Put the product inside its own world, a car on a salt flat, software in a mission-control room, a device in the environment it was built for, and switch scenes live as the presentation moves. A keynote can open on the stage of the concert hall set, an investor or earnings update can run on a company news set, from the anchor desk of the broadcast studio set with your graphics, and a recruiting video can walk the open-plan floor of the big company office set.
Livestreamed and hybrid events, brand activations and press days
Town halls and launches that go out live, to an audience in the studio and a workforce watching remotely, with the finished set in the feed (how the livestream works). Brand activations turn the studio into the campaign: press walls, interview backdrops and photo moments that change per guest, per partner, per hour. Executive interviews and media days run like a studio junket, with a backdrop per outlet, at our press junket venue in Los Angeles.
Running a film or TV press day instead? That's our press junket program. Taping a branded interview series? See the talk show sets or commercial studio rental.
Livestream a town hall with the finished look
The studio runs a live video-linking pipeline, so the composite goes out live. Remote viewers see your presenter inside the finished set, never the green screen behind them, and the feed goes to the streaming service you already use. Need a plain chroma key day instead? See our green screen studio.
- One render per camera
- Burbank shoots three cameras at once on green, and each camera gets its own render, so every angle shows the set from its own point of view. Albuquerque runs three ARRI Alexa 35 cinema cameras with three camera-tracking systems.
- Switching and recording
- Burbank records multi-camera ISO plus the composite. Albuquerque switches and routes on Blackmagic and records on AJA Ki-Pro.
- Prompters and the operator
- Teleprompters at both studios. The operator who runs the virtual sets is included, so the set can change between segments while you are live.
- An audience in the room
- Stadium-style audience seating in Burbank, and audience seating in Albuquerque, for a town hall that plays to the room and the stream at once.
Where executives and clients watch the shot
In Burbank, a giant LED video village is the big screen where your whole team, and the stakeholders who sign off, watch the finished composite live while you shoot. It is where you watch the shot, not what you shoot against: the set is composited on green, in camera. See the Burbank studio for the full floor.
Built for executives on camera
Your presenter is usually an executive, not an actor, with a fixed slot in the calendar. The studio is arranged so that slot goes to the message. Burbank has beam-splitter and presidential teleprompters, Albuquerque has three teleprompters, and a teleprompter operator is part of the optional crew package. There is no blank wall to imagine: the finished set is on the monitor, so you can show your presenter the shot before the first take, and moving to the next setting takes seconds, not a company move.
Burbank has a hair and makeup room with lit vanity mirrors, spacious green rooms and dressing rooms, and two massage chairs. Albuquerque has makeup and dressing rooms, lounges and a star-talent motorhome.
Why not a hotel ballroom, an event venue or the office?
The default corporate shoot rents a ballroom, trucks in a backdrop, lights it flat, and gets one look for the money. A conference room gets you the same look plus the fire exit in shot. The difference here is that the setting is software: every segment can happen somewhere else, and the switch takes seconds instead of a company move.
- One building, many looks
- A dozen settings in a day without leaving the building: no second location fee, no travel day, no weather.
- Finished in camera
- You approve the composited look on the monitor while you shoot, instead of describing it to a post house and waiting.
- Built for production
- Easy load-in, a lighting grid, green rooms and parking already exist: a ballroom has to import all of it.
The corporate office, office lobby and broadcast studio sets are the usual corporate starting points, and the conference room and boardroom sets cover the executive message. Or bring a reference and we'll build the look.
Your own headquarters, recreated
The lobby, the trading floor, the flagship branch: the places a company wants on camera are the places it cannot shut down. We recreate them on the studio floor from photographs, plans or an address, configured for filming, so the town hall or the product film is shot in the building without a single desk being moved. How a corporate video production day works
-
Send the format and your dates
Tell us whether it's a town hall, a product film, a training series or a livestream, and the dates you have in mind. You hear back from a producer, with availability at both studios.
-
Walk through sets, cameras and crew
We go through the sets you want, the camera setup, and whether you bring your own crew or add ours. The quote is built on your actual shoot, not a rack rate.
-
Tour the studio, if you want to
Tours run by appointment for producers with a project, with a live CastleVision demo. Bring your run of show and watch your sets load.
-
Shoot, stream or record
Each set loads in seconds, the operator who runs the virtual sets drives it, and you approve the finished shot on the monitor. The composite streams live or records for your edit. Check availability for your dates.
Two corporate video studios, one set library
Every standing set is available at both studios, so a company can shoot its launch film in Los Angeles and its training series in Albuquerque without losing continuity. Both buildings are made for production days.
Corporate video studio in Burbank, Los Angeles
154 S. Victory Blvd, Burbank, CA 91502 · L.A. Castle Studios in Burbank
A pre-lit green screen cyclorama with a 20-ft ceiling (15 ft to grid), silent HVAC and stadium-style audience seating for a live town hall. There are 20+ parking spaces and easy load-in for equipment, even vehicles. Across from Nickelodeon, minutes from Warner Bros. and Disney, and about 15 minutes from Burbank airport (BUR) for a team flying in. For a longer engagement, month-to-month creative office space in Burbank sits in the same building.
Video production studio in Albuquerque
8610 President Pl NE, Albuquerque, NM 87113 · ABQ Castle Studios in Albuquerque
One of the largest virtual production stages in the world, about ten minutes from the Sunport. Extensive parking, current cinema equipment, three teleprompters, plenty of dressing and green rooms, audience seating, easy load-in, and a full furniture warehouse for on-set props. No film permit required, which shortens lead times for corporate schedules. The studio is a New Mexico Qualified Production Facility, so qualifying film and TV productions that shoot here are on the state's 30% refundable credit track. Whether a corporate project qualifies is something to confirm with a production accountant and the New Mexico Film Office.

Corporate video production questions
- Are you a video production company or a studio?
- We are the studio. Every booking includes the studio floor, 260+ ready-to-load virtual sets, lighting and audio, the teleprompter system, green rooms and dressing rooms, and the virtual system operator who runs the sets in real time. Bring your own production company or in-house team, or add our optional crew package. Agencies keep their production, their client and their credit.
- Can you host corporate events and product demos on a virtual production stage?
- Yes. Brands, agencies and universities book our studios for product demos, launches, activations and filmed corporate moments, with the environment built around the brand. Instead of dressing a ballroom, the world around your presenter becomes the product's world, switching looks live between segments. Green rooms, dressing rooms and easy load-in come with the building, and the Burbank studio has 20+ parking spaces.
- Can we livestream a town hall or corporate broadcast from your studio?
- Yes. The studio runs a live video-linking pipeline, so a town hall, all-hands, launch or corporate broadcast can stream to your audience with the composited environment live in the feed. What remote viewers see is the finished look, not a green screen. The output feeds whichever streaming service you already use; the studio is multi-camera ready, the teleprompter system is on site, and the virtual system operator who drives the environment is included.
- What does a corporate video production rental include?
- The studio itself, 260+ ready-to-load virtual environments, professional lighting and audio, the teleprompter system, and on-site support spaces. The virtual system operator who drives the environment in real time is included. Additional crew is an optional add-on: our crew package adds three camera operators (including a jib operator) and a teleprompter operator. Or bring your own team. Every booking is quoted to its scope rather than a rack rate.
- How much does corporate video production cost in Los Angeles?
- We quote each project against its actual scope, shoot days, number of setups, crew and how much custom environment work you need, instead of publishing a rack rate. The saving versus a traditional corporate shoot comes from not building sets and not traveling: a dozen different looks happen in one studio, in one day, with one load-in. Tell us the format and dates and we will price it.
- Where are your corporate video studios?
- There are two, sharing one set library. L.A. Castle Studios is at 154 S. Victory Blvd, Burbank, CA 91502, across from Nickelodeon and about five minutes from Warner Bros. ABQ Castle Studios is at 8610 President Pl NE, Albuquerque, NM 87113, about ten minutes from the Sunport. Every standing set is available at both, so a campaign can split between the two without losing continuity.
- How far in advance do we need to book?
- Corporate schedules move faster than film schedules, and the studio is built for that. There are no sets to build or strike, so a booking is mostly a calendar question. Albuquerque needs no film permit at all, which shortens lead times further. Send your dates and a producer will reply with what is open at both studios.
- Can you match our brand guidelines and put our graphics on screen?
- Yes. Environments can be built or dressed to your brand, colors, logos, product, on-screen graphics and lower thirds, and because the composite happens live in camera, you see the branded look on the monitor while you shoot rather than waiting on post.
- Do our executives need on-camera experience or special training?
- No. If your executive can read a teleprompter, they can present here. The finished set is on the monitor before the first take, so they see the shot, and a teleprompter operator can be added with the optional crew package. Hair and makeup, green rooms and dressing rooms are on site.
- Can an audience attend a live town hall in the studio?
- Yes. The Burbank studio has stadium-style audience seating built in, and the Albuquerque studio seats an audience too. The town hall can play to the people in the room and stream to everyone else at the same time, with the finished set in the feed. Tell us your headcount when you ask for dates.
- What do we leave with at the end of the shoot day?
- Recordings of a shot that is already finished. Burbank records multi-camera ISO plus the composite, so you have each camera and the composited program. Albuquerque switches and routes on Blackmagic and records on AJA Ki-Pro. Because the set is composited live in camera, there is no background to add in post. Tell us your delivery format when you ask for a quote.
- Is a virtual production studio only for large companies?
- No. Every booking is quoted to its scope, and the cost drivers are shoot days, crew size, set complexity, cameras and which studio you use. The saving comes from the format itself: no set construction required, no location fees, no travel days and no company moves, because 260+ ready-to-load sets are already in the building. A single executive message and a full training library use the same studio.
