Castle Studios and ABQ Castle Studios ("L.A. & ABQ Castle Studios," "we," "us," or "our") collect, use, share, and protect information about visitors to lacastlestudios.com, and how you can exercise your rights regarding that information. By using our site or contacting us, you consent to the practices described below.

1. Who we are

L.A. Castle Studios operates two turnkey virtual production studios, one in Burbank, California (154 S. Victory Blvd, Burbank, CA 91502) and one in Albuquerque, New Mexico (8610 President Pl NE, Albuquerque, NM 87113). We have been operating in virtual production since 2007. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this site.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you give us

When you fill out a form, schedule a tour, request a quote, send us an email, or place a phone call, we may collect:

• Email address
• Phone number
• Production company or organization
• Project details (production type, location preference, shoot dates, budget, scope)
• Any other information you choose to include in your message

2.2 Information we collect automatically

When you visit the site, we automatically collect technical and usage information:

• IP address (and approximate geographic location derived from it)
• Browser type, version, and language
• Operating system and device type
• Pages viewed and the referring URL
• Date, time, and duration of your visit
• Interactions with our content (clicks, scroll depth, video plays, form starts)

4. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run our business and as described here:

4.1 Service providers

We use third-party vendors to host and operate this site, deliver media, accept form submissions, host email, host video, and measure analytics and marketing. These providers process information on our behalf under contract. Current providers include:

• Cloudflare: site hosting (Cloudflare Workers), contact-form processing, video delivery (Cloudflare Stream), DNS, and security. Cloudflare Privacy Policy
• Google: contact-form submission storage (Google Sheets), email (Gmail), website analytics (Google Analytics), advertising and ad measurement (Google Ads), and web fonts (Google Fonts). Google Privacy Policy
• Resend: sends the email alert our team receives when you submit a form. Resend Privacy Policy
• WhatConverts: call tracking and form attribution. It assigns dynamic phone numbers, records call metadata, and tells Google Ads which ad click led to a call or form submission, so we can see which ads work. WhatConverts Privacy Policy

4.2 Legal disclosures

We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of L.A. & ABQ Castle Studios, our employees, or others.

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or similar transaction, information about you may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change in ownership or control.

Our use of Google Ads cookies to measure and show our ads may count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You can opt out by sending a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser, or by contacting us below.

This site is directed at adults and production professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Form submissions are typically retained for the active life of the inquiry plus seven years for business records. Analytics data is typically retained for 26 months. 9. Data security

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including TLS encryption in transit, access controls, and vendor security review. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted to or stored by us, and you assume the risk of any such transmission.

10. International data transfers

Our servers and the servers of our service providers are located in the United States. If you access this site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country. By using the site, you consent to the transfer.

11. Third-party links

Our site contains links to third-party websites: production credits, vendor pages, social media, news outlets. That we do not control. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites; check their privacy policies before providing personal information.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If the changes are material, we'll notify you by a prominent notice on the site or, where required, by email.
