More about this set

Welcome to the Sci-Fi Desert City Set at L.A. Castle Studios, a frontier settlement carved straight into canyon rock on some far-off desert planet. Step out onto the sandy street and the heat is almost tangible, sun blazing off domed sandstone dwellings and market awnings that snap in a dry wind. This is a spaceport outpost at the edge of the map, worn in, lived in, waiting for your story.

Wander deeper and the mood shifts. Duck into the cantina and the light turns cool and blue, the perfect place for a quiet exchange or a deal gone wrong. Beyond it, shadowed tunnels thread into the rock, trading open desert glare for close, secretive dark.

It is a natural fit for space westerns, bounty-hunter chases, gritty sci-fi adventures, and any tale that needs a lawless outpost with texture and grit. Wide market shots or tight cantina drama, the set gives you range.

Come find your frontier and start shooting.
