More about this set
Welcome to the Biomechanical Alien Corridor at L.A. Castle Studios. The walls are not built; they seem grown. Ribs of fused pipe and bone-like arches curve overhead, cables and organic machinery twist along the floor, and a pale glow waits at the far end of the tunnel. Somewhere ahead, the wall has been torn open to the sky. It is ancient, alien and very quiet.
A corridor built for dread
Shoot down the tunnel toward the light, hold on the ribbed walls as a flashlight beam crosses them, or frame your cast against the torn opening and the sky beyond. Every surface is layered with detail, so close-ups hold up and wide shots feel endless. Keep it nearly black for horror or brighten it for coverage.
For sci-fi horror, mystery and music videos
This is the set for a derelict alien ship, a creature feature, a space-horror series, an ancient mystery buried under the ice, or a dark, striking music video. Real props, costumes and practical lights carried by your cast blend with the corridor in camera.
Build out the whole nightmare
Pair it with the Crashed Starship set and The Gravewood Sanctuary, and browse more sci-fi and spaceship sets. It loads in seconds at our Burbank studio and our Albuquerque studio.

Common questions
Is the Biomechanical Alien Corridor set suitable for sci-fi horror?
It was made for it. The ribbed, organic walls, deep shadows and a single distant glow build dread in every frame. Your cast moves through the corridor live, in camera, and you see the finished shot on the monitor.
How dark can the alien corridor be?
As dark as the scene needs. The corridor plays in near darkness with one pale light at the end of the tunnel, or brighter for coverage. Flashlights and practical lights carried by your cast can light it on camera.
What pairs with the alien corridor?
The Crashed Starship set gives you the wreck from outside, and The Gravewood Sanctuary adds another dark, eerie interior. Both load at the same studio on the same day.
