Police Station Set

The police station set gives a crime story its home base: the detective bullpen, the detective’s office, the press briefing room and the cells. Filming inside a working police station is rarely permitted, so most police-station scenes are shot on a set, and this one is a whole station rather than a single dressed room.

Police station bullpen, detective’s office and jail cells

The modern police station bullpen is where the detectives work the case. Off it sits a classic noir-style detective’s office for the late-night scene and the confession. The press briefing room and a meeting room, with a long table, chairs and modern lighting fixtures, cover the press conference, the tense negotiation and the task-force meeting. The jail cells handle holding and interrogation scenes and the escape attempt.

A police station set you control

Every element is customizable, from the lighting to the decor, and our set designers work with you on the look of the precinct. Real desks and props can sit in the foreground where your cast works, and they blend with the virtual station in camera. You do not need a working department’s permission, and there are no access limits.

From the arrest to the verdict

Pair the station with the jail set for the cell block, the courtroom set for the trial and the Texas courtroom set for a second courthouse. Browse every courtroom, police station and jail set, or see how film studio rental works for a crime series or feature.
